Trucavelo Buyback Program

Hello bikers!

As we gear up for the new cycling season, if your child has outgrown their FollowMe, we've got you covered with our buyback program since 2018!

How does it work?

1. Simply shoot us an **email with your order # and photos of the product for a condition review.
2. Pack your FollowMe securely, ideally in its original box, with all its parts, and send it to us via post.
3. Don't forget to provide us with the tracking number.
4. Once we receive it, we'll conduct a thorough inspection to ensure everything's shipshape.
5. We'll then offer you two choices: cash or store credit, based on the condition of your FollowMe.
6. Transaction complete!

It's as simple as that! :)

Kindly note: Our buyback program is designed to support families with limited incomes.

Important: **Due to high demand during summer, there's a two-week delay for buyback offers. We recommend contacting us between October and January for smoother processing.
